Please include the following in the questions and comments section of the contact form:
Serial Number , Model, Invoice Number and a description of the problem you are having.
If the product needs service you will get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from our service dept. No products may be returned to us without a RMA number. Products returned without a RMA number will be refused delivery and be returned to you.
Service will respond to you within 2 business hours with futher instructions or a RMA number.
For all other brands please see the contact grid for support for that brand of product. We only have support for our own brand of ADTEC products. RMA's for other brands must be issued by the manufacturer.
